  For a while, service was flawless and I'd like to think a certain employee Ebony(needs a raise or a job where she will be properly compensated for her work) was the main reason for that. I will not stop unless I see her car in the parking lot because I already know that the service will be bad and my order will more than likely be wrong(90% of the time) when she is not there.... A company shouldnt rely on 1 good employee to keep a customer and for the other employees - They really just need to listen..... CREAM AND SUGAR IS NOT A HARD THING TO COMPREHEND....... Especially when the only words being said are - "Large caramel mocha w/ cream and sugar.."

  Stopped by this morning for an iced coffee on the way to work... I was in and out in TWO minutes! Excellent fast and friendly service!

  I wish there was a negitive star raiting... one employee didn't wash their hands in the bathrrom or before returning to work. And the other looking like they had herpees and was coughing all over the place.
